Snows falling, friends are gathering, and the belief of a new year brings us hope. Winter brings about celebrations, great joy, and an overall acceptance of the year in past, and the year anew.
Through the winter period I took the time to review life, refocus spiritually, and grab a hold of a new concept; accepting my life, denying myself, and living for something bigger. As time progressed, and my life began again; subtle changes began to step in; losing 50 lbs from exercise, writing about women’s soccer again, to the beginning of a new idea; the Kansas City Shock.
Winter closed the doors on the chill of the life that was once mine, and showed me through a crisp, clear grace of a life that was still awaiting me.
