How on earth can my blood pressure already be this high?
I’m stressed, I “worked” through the weekend, I’ve been arguing a lot, and I’ve just struggled with stress directly associated with the Kansas City Shock.
I’ve lost my Starbucks Cup (trivial), and crushed my tablet last Friday.
This takes me to Amy Jo Martin who spoke up “Ready, Set, Pause”. The whole thought was to take eight minutes a day and do nothing. Just relax, reorganize, shuffle, and go back at it.
Not sure where my “Ready, Set, Pause” is, but it is required today.
