My legs feel like their rubber bands that have been stretched to the snapping point.
6×400 on the local track last night. Wasn’t too bad, minus the insane itching from the revenge of the chiggers, but today I’m paying the dear, dear price. Hamstrings are extremely tight, knot in my right calf, but thankfully no Achilles issues. It’s not that I’m sore, I’m just very, very tight. Hopefully going a little longer on the distances today will help stretch things out a bit.
